We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. AsiaEXP offers a 7-day no-hassle return period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you are welcome to return it for a refund, no questions asked.

Returns due to damage
In the rare that a return is necessary because an item arrived damaged we will pay the charges for the return shipment and provide a full refund, or we will ship a replacement to you at no charge to you. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Returns due to other reason
If you are returning an item for any reason other than that the item arrived damaged, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. To receive a refund the item must be returned to us without damage or signs of wear and tear. A re-packing or re-stocking fee may be applied and withheld from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

If you refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us by the shipper we reserve the right to withhold a portion of your purchase price which covers our cost of shipping the order to you. In addition, a re-packing or re-stocking fee may be applied and withheld from your refund.

Expedited, two-day and next-day shipping costs will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please email returns@asiaexp.com within seven days of receipt of your purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions for completing your return.
